We want you to be completely in love with your new purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the fit and size of your purchase and would like an exchange for a different style/colour or size, please email us at email@example.com so that we can assist you with this.
Please note that we do not offer refunds- the ONLY time we will accept a refund, is if 2x of the exact same bikinis are ordered (in different sizes), clearly proving to us that they were both purchased for size comparing purposes, with the intention of one of them being returned. This will avoid you ordering the wrong size in top or bottoms, and potentially having the size you actually needed in that piece being sold out when wanting to exchange your order. We highly recommend doing this if you are not sure what size you should order, as we cannot guarantee that we will have all sizes in stock if you decide you need to exchange a piece to another size.
For any quality issues regarding our products, we are happy to either replace the faulty product or refund the method of payment used (within 7 days of purchase).
Articles are accepted for credit or exchange, if returned in saleable condition (showing no signs of damage or use, in their original condition with original tags and internal hygiene protection sticker in its original placements, in original packaging), accompanied by a sales receipt . You MUST reach out to us via email within 7 days of delivery to request a credit or exchange.
Gift recipients are entitled to a non-refundable merchandise credit.
1. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know you’d like to exchange your item(s).
- Please provide your order number, and the items you are exchanging.
- Please provide a tracking number.
2. Send your item to the return address we provide you in our reply (please note we do not cover the shipping cost of returning the item to us). We recommend purchasing insurance since we cannot be responsible for lost/damaged packages. Returns that arrive back to us damaged from improper customer packaging will not be accepted.
3. Once we receive your returned item(s), we’ll process it within 10 business days.
4. All exchanges will be processed for store credit, for which you’re then able to pick another piece. You’ll receive an email from us with details of the store credit.
5. You’ll now be able to place a new order on our site using the store credit.
Certain Provisions Regarding Purchases:
We attempt to ship all orders promptly, and in most cases, orders will be processed immediately and will ship out within one (1) to three (3) business days. Please allow additional time for shipments to remote addresses as well as international orders. Please note that these processing and shipping provisions are only general guidelines; Littl Swim cannot guarantee that the time frames noted will be met.
